Materials Specification:

Alloy GradeDescription & Application
A05Wear resistant white cast iron with hardness over 600HB, delivering excellent performance under erosive conditions. Suitable for mild acidic duties (PH5-14) requiring good erosion resistance.
A07Martensitic white iron featuring balanced wear resistance and toughness. Hardness: 700-800HB, applicable at pH 6-12. Recommended for highly abrasive mill discharge service.
A61Hypereutectic white iron suited for high-wear conditions without severe corrosion. Operating pH range: 6–14, hardness 650HB. Service life can reach up to three times that of A05.
A49Corrosion resistant white iron designed for low-pH corrosive environments accompanied by erosive wear. Especially ideal for FGD applications.
