A sand washing plant needed a pump that could pass occasional coarse stones without manual clearing, while running reliably at 500–1000 m³/h.
We sized a wide-passage 8F heavy-duty pump and supplied metallic wear parts as spares. The large throughlet reduced blockages compared with the previous standard slurry pump.
The plant ran closer to full design rate and required fewer manual interventions.
